The WORST ihop ever!! I ordered chicken strips but I got two patties. Then I ordered French toast sticks with no syrup so I had... to walk back and get some syrup! Then I had cheese sticks. All of it was bad except the French toast sticks. I tipped 6.51 centbut I tried to call and get it taken off but nobody answered!!! My check number is 4924! Please remove my tip asap! We stopped in on our way home, Our WaItress was Absolutely Amazing! So sweet and kind. Running around doing everything . Like... many other facilities you can tell there short staffed but she did such an incredible job, I normally don't write reviews butshe deserves it. Our food was perfect hats off to the cook! We waited over 40 minutes with no one taking names at the counter. The manager and the hostess walked by but never spoke. Our... waitress never came back to the table after she brought our food. We had to ask others for sugar free syrup, napkins and a to gobox and wave her down to get our ticket. She was very pleasant and the food was good, but the experience otherwise, which wedon't do often, was Very disappointing! As we were leaving, I couldn't help but notice the exterior was messy, trashy and neededattention to the landscaping. Read more
