I have been to alot of hooters and this was by far the dirtiest and most nasty place ever. 1st of all waited like 20 mins to be... acknowledged and seated. Once seated realized we been placed right under a hornets nest... INSIDE the restaurant. When Ibrought it up to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. Being that I am highly allergic to them the only saving grace wehad was the wonderful server who was also the bartender, she helped pack our stuff up to go so we could eat at the hotel. Terrible experience at Hooters Savannah last night! We decided to give it a try after about 10 yrs + since our last visit, and... it will be awhile before we visit again. One order was completely wrong, after the wings were corrected and we received all 3orders, we had to wait 30 mins or better to receive our fries. After my overpriced beer mug sat empty, I finally had to pauseeating the wings while waiting on our fries, after asking twice about them. So we ended up eating our cold wings with hot friessome 30+ mins later. $75 for 3 wing orders, 2 beer mugs and 2 soft drinks with comped fries.. our last visit for awhile! Read more
After reading the reviews, I told my husband I didn?t want to eat at this Hooters...he wishes he had listened to me. We entered... the restaurant and there was hardly anyone there (four) diners. We ordered twenty wings well done, one order of curly fries andtwo ice teas. After waiting 35 minutes, we inquired about our order. We were told that they had received take out orders andthey were trying to get them out. SERIOUSLY??! So, your take out obviously has priority over dine in. After 15 more minutes ourwings and fries arrived. Had we not waited so long we would have walked out. The wings were almost raw and the curly fries werenot curly they were regular fries (we did have four curly fries in the pile) as if that wasn?t bad enough the fries were COLDand OLD. We returned the wings and asked to have them cooked well, as requested. Another ten minutes and we finally received ourCOOKED wings. The fries...left them on the table. The experience at this Hooters is like none other. Needless to say we will notreturn and will let our co-workers know not to go to this one.
