$11 Worth of food, I have ate better frozen White Castle burger at low reputation gas stations in the middle of nowhere. Please... when microwaved food at least change the bread so it won?t be obvious. That kills the freshness and quality of the burger. Iwill expect that from a BK not this place they can do better than that. Read more
Food was sadly cold overcooked and overpriced, it was late afternoon so I had hoped for better... The customer service was... friendly and the only thing I can say good about the Hardee's I visited in route to a stay at the hospital..so I had reallyhoped for better before being admitted..the service was also slow but as most fast food places I've noticed are lately " it's ahit or miss" it just happened to be my miss..I'd recommend trying another place or driving further..and if I had looked at thereviews 1st I probably would had known this before taking the time to go spend over $16 dollar's for 1 on food not worth anickel.. to the customer service.. thank you for your customer service,but I do wish whoever is cooking in there was as good asyou were friendly ... I am very disappointed in this place. It used to be so good. I get that there are staffing issues in all fast food places now... because people just don't want to work :-( . Me and Hubs stopped in here last Saturday, July 16, 2022 for lunch. The youngwoman working up front all by herself was buzzing around like a bee trying to take care of the window, front counter, drinks forthe window, shakes for all, bagging, AND the fry station!!! Meanwhile three older men in the back working slow as molasses. Onekept coming up front to fuss at her!!!! He finally took a couple of orders at the front counter, then went back to makingsandwiches. We watched as order after order was passed through the window. OVER 30 minutes later, both men making sandwichesjust stopped and walked back into the back and disappeared!!! 5 minutes or longer later the one came back out front and I askedWHY did they stop making sandwiches!?! He took attitude and said sometime about nobody getting the orders right!!! It tookanother few minutes for them to get back to work, and 10 minutes or longer before WE finally got our food!!! If you still wantto go here, make sure you go through the drive through - then bring the food inside to eat LMAO!!! Sheesh! That young lady? Shedeserves a freaking RAISE! I stopped in to grab breakfast just now and was wishing I hadn't. There are only 2 people working, a young lady jumping betwern... drive-thru and front counter, and a young man in the kitchen. The young lady deserves a raise because she is running crazy butkeeping a smile as she deals with customers. She apologized for the delay and explained they're are shirt staffed. Managementneed to do better scheduling workers. If there were only two people available to work the lobby should have been closed. Thelobby was full because drive-thru was full. If one of the two employees get mad and walk out now you'll have to shut the entirerestaurant down. Take care of your personnel and they'll take care of you! Read more
