Definitely order the Cajun chicken sandwich with some jalapeño chips & don?t forget your pickle! Love it
I will give a place several chances before giving a negative review. This place got 4 from me. I will jot go back. I was going... to write all the reasons, but I will just post what happened today. I ordered online, was given a pick up time, and the moneywas taken from my account. I get there to pick up my order and it is not there. The lady behind the counter asked me for myname. I gave it. I showed her my order and my pick up time. She went to the other lady and asked if she had made the order. (they were very polite and tried to help.) I was then directed to the guy manning the register. ( I sincerely hope he is not themanager) I showed him what was on my phone and informed him the payment was made. He just kept saying the order was neverreceived. He then confirmed that I placed order to that store. And again said the order was never made. He said I could placethe order again. Before doing so, I pulled up my bank account. The payment is pending, I showed him that as well. And again hesaid the order was never placed. I asked him how I received a pick up time and how was a payment made if I never placed theorder. He had no answer. I told him that order was made on his website. He replied that it wasn't his site. ( I get that he doesnot own it, but he is a representative of Firehouse while he is there, therefore he is/ or think he is part of the company).After about 10 minutes of wasting my time I told him to just forget it and that I would dispute the charge with my bank. As Iwas walking out, he just had to keep running his mouth. He said "well yeah, the order was never placed and that I was justtrying to get a free meal." Seriously, this is who you people want representing your brand? Please tell me how I received apick up time and my card was charged if I never placed the order? Just went in for a sandwich for lunch and saw there was no one else in line, figured this was awesome because there's usually a... busy wait time. Ordered a club on a sub, cold meat and cheese not toasted. I get back to work from picking up my order for lunchand its toasted with hot mayo and meat sliding out of the bread with no bacon on the club sandwich. I'm going to come back forlunch again eventually, I just hope I get what I ordered next time ???? Read more
