We were only 2 people there. The cashier seemed very annoyed by our presence. Made our order and put it on the top, didn't even... care to call our order. The place was dirty. Food on the floor and tables were dirty as well. Had like 4-5 options ofsauce. Very disappointing. Read more
Normally,I'd give it 5 stars but this sub looked like a subway sub as in the meatballs use to be huge now they have 3 small ones... to a half ,Come On Man and it disappointed me. I will have to call the home office as well. Read more
I requested no Mayo on sandwich which was entered incorrectly. I told cashier it was wrong. She told sandwich maker. Drove all... the way home to close to Burnside Island and gagged because first bite had Mayo. What if I had had an egg allergy but just anextreme aversion to Mayo. I drove all the way back to Abercorn location for refund. No apology from shift leader. I asked formanager but No manager on duty. They refunded me cost of sandwich but I requested a gift card in addition to the refund for mytrouble, time and gas money I had spent for the refund. They called owner named Chad Weaver and he refused to compensate me forgas cost/my time I spent on dealing with this. Big mistake. A gift card would have been fine but just lost a customer and I willbe back to talk to him in person. Horrible customer service! Needs a manager on duty at all times instead of an apathetic shiftleader who seemed to not care one bit about my bad experience. Read more

From Firehouse, I got the Firehouse Meatball 6 inch sub. Italian meatballs, melted provolone, zesty marinara, and Italian... seasoning. I asked for extra sauce, extra cheese. I got the extra cheese, but not the extra sauce.The meatballs tasted okay, thebread was stale, the service was lackluster. Read more
I'll never eat at Subway again! This place has literally set the standard for how all subs are supposed to taste. It was so... fresh, so good, the BEST sub I have ever eaten (I had the Hook & Ladder). I will eat at Firehouse Subs from now on, I've beenmissing out! Pretty expensive sandwich, asked for double meat, see pictures, I even went back and asked , I was told yes of course. Meat... didn't even go to the end of the bread. Read more
