My husband asked for a "chocolate glazed donut" the girl with the head wrap and glasses gives him Chocolate frosted. He tells... her and she corrects him and says "it's actually called glazed Chocolate ". I would've sat there and argued, but you can'targue with stupid. They don?t even deserve a ONE star. It?s 8:00am and they are out of mostly everything for food. I ordered an iced coffee and... might as well have bought a gallon of milk to drink instead. I asked if they could re make it. They took the drink back andasked me to pull to the second window. By the time I pulled up to the second window she was standing there with my drink. Sign on the door said the lobby opened at 8am but at 10 minutes past, it was still locked up tight. We tried going through the... drive thru but they didn't seem to have any donuts...only 6 jelly donuts only one apple spice. There?s literally something always wrong. They either don?t have food or they?ll make you wait 15 minutes for something that... should have only taken a second. They?ll make you park even when you?re the only one there. there?s one tall girl who worksthere and she literally does everything by herself and she?s so nice. Carley is really rude and gives nasty looks to people justlooking for assistance after waiting forever. She?s always on her phone. I only come here when I feel lazy. I recommend justgoing to Starbucks about 10 minutes away. Also what fast food place closes at 1 pm lol. Read more

Manager was rude. Ordered and waited 15 minutes before they informed me that they did not have any of the Items I ordered. When... I informed them that I still wanted the wrong coffee they prepared, the manager said, "nope buddy, have a nice day and threw itin the trash." They are becoming horrible all over Savannah. Read more
