Driving thru from Orlando to nj & here are the best dunkin drinks yet! We had Iced matcha latte with almond milk extra matcha &... cold foam, & the signature toasted white chocolate iced latte. The shop is so short staffed that they have to close down the lobby, and the drive thru is always backed up. The staff, in the... morning, tend to be so upbeat and positive even though they know they have a long morning ahead of them. Read more

I come to this Dunkin often, atleast once a week. The past few times my iced coffee or latte has been more cream than coffee.... It's just tastes like cream water with a splash of coffee. Very dissapointing. Read more
Well priced coffee if they get your order right, but the drive thru service is super slow. We waited for 15 minutes today before... leaving...we may have moved forward in line every 5 minutes or so. Read more
Ordered coffee with cream and sugar. Got a little coffee, a ton of cream, and some sugar. Had requested they go light on the... cream. Asked they redo it with less cream so they poured some out and added more coffee. Still white as milk. Ordered a blackice coffee and it took 20 minutes because the clerk ?forgot? to make it. She didn?t remember until I parked myself at hercounter. Then without saying anything she made it and plopped it on the counter. No eye contact, no apology, no acknowledgementthat she was at fault. Why have mobile orders open if you still have up wait in the drive through line? Why have ?open lobby? sign big enough for... everybody to see when you don?t have the lobby open. Then customer service says it?s going to be 14 business days before I cansee the money in my account. Never again. I understand short staffing but why still accept mobile orders? Read more
