I waited 2hrs for my delivery tonight and all was far from lost. Allow me, please,to set the stage. Thursday night, 7pm,... terrible weather and in the middle of their 50%off pizzas promo. As I am 43yrs old,this isn't a first time experience of minewhen ordering takeout. Extended delivery times come with the territory (not leaving the comforts of home). So instead offlooding the phone lines with questions and complaints about the whereabouts of my order,I simply preheated my oven to 350°. Asexpected, it was less than piping hot upon arrival but a short 5 minutes in the oven did the trick. The ExtravaganZZa pizza wasperfectly prepared by the way. So I ask this of my fellow stayers-in. Let's try to be a part of the solution and not theproblem. Lend your sons and daughters, your nieces and nephews to the part-time work force. As you can see,we're allshortstaffed as it is. If you have not teenage labor to give, then I ask that you give instead, your patience, your compassionand your understanding. That being said, I applaud the staff of the Domino's Pizza of McAlpin Square on Victory Dr. I applaudyou for standing up instead of giving up. Job well done to you all. Read more
Ordered at 6:50, by 8:10 still nothing even though the tracker said it has already been delivered. Called the store, and they... said it was just now in the oven. Called again at 9 still with no pizza, and was told he had and is on the way. Now it?s 10:00,and still nothing. No refund, no nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Read more

I wish I could give 0 Stars to this Store. For real, I have never experienced such a horrible customer service/delivery timing.... I can?t believe I?m waiting for 1h45 min to eat Dominos. Eating cold pizza is not fun or good? Do not spend your money at thislocation. Management team should work on this issues that has been occurring for the past 6 months or more. Unfortunately not a great experience with delivery speed, tracker, food accuracy, and quality. Corporate Dominos should add an... estimated wait time before ordering and update the tracker to note when they actually start making the order. 85-95 minutes whatis the wait time displayed in small text on the email confirmation. After waiting over 2 hours I drove to the store to pick upthe food myself as the tracker noted that it was in the quality check category for about 45 minutes. Maybe this particular storeon victory does not have the manpower to get pizzas out faster and should consider opening up to Uber eats. When I arrived atthe store the staff was not rude. I asked the manager to grab my order she seemingly kind of attempted to look for it butcarried on with other people's orders. the delivery guy walked in and I asked him to help and he found the order pretty quicklyand immediately asked if I would like the delivery fee taking off and the manager did that promptly. However I ordered buffalochicken wings and got some other item of lesser value at that point I could see that there was no way I would actually get thechicken wings in time so I left and went to another restaurant. We do not typically eat out but this order was for children wholove Dominos but we will not likely order from Domino's again. Read more
The young ladies that was running the place las night was very rude and curt! It started to rain and called me 30 mins after I... placed my order and told me I could pick it up or they would cancel it cause they "had no drivers". I told the young lady I wascoming to pick it up and I get a notification that my order was canceled. I called back was placed on hold and then hung up on.Called back again got the call center. Called back again got the young lady Angelique? Or her associate and got an attitude. Askfor the managers name and the area or District manager name and was told that they couldn't give out that information. Went topick up the food. Two cars was out front with toppers on them and everyone was sitting on their phones. Get home my food iscold. This is absolutely a no go! You can do better by your customers and have a better staff.
