Went to this Cicis for a nostalgic experience. Was kind of a nightmare. Food was barely edible & they wouldn?t let us bring in... our own water bottles? Only the tiniest cup i?ve ever seen as a water cup. This place is in dire need of an update. Employeesseemed miserable & most tables were dirty. Half the restaurant closed off. I took my 2 children and their cousin here last night to eat. We came in 20 minutes before they closed and the staff were so... sweet and friendly, they asked us what kind of pizzas and desserts we?d like them to freshly make for us. They made sure we gotall we needed even though they were about to close. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were also very clean. The servers are great but it is still very cheap pizza and I always feel a little rough when I am done eating.
I didn't make a scene or say anything about it because I'm a FIRM believer you get what you pay for....but I found a hair in my... marinara sauce. Later on, my son found a hair in his pizza. Bad luck to say the least. One thing I'm absolutely certain of, isthat they do NOT wear hair nets. I won't be returning, that's for sure. Read more
It's a pizza buffet , kids love it. They offer all varieties and you are also able to request a specific pizza. They also have a... salad bar. Adults 11 and over $7.99 kids aged 5-10 $5.99 drinks are $2.49. The cashier is friendly. Read more

Good place to eat with kids or if you have a big appetite. The food was good but not spectacular and some offerings were not... refreshed often enough like the cheesy bread so there wasn't any when I went up. The men's room was asked closed during ourvisit so we left sooner than we we would have since the nephew needed to use the bathroom. I will say they kept the dining cleanand didn't awesome job collecting used plates. Read more
I like CiCi pizza and wish we would get another one in my town cause for some reason ours shutdown. I would have gave this... location a 5 but was put off by the maintenance person changing air filters above tables people are eating at. This isunsanitary and disgusting and should be done prior to open or after closing considering the dust particles where falling downonto tables. Also for some reason on the day we went this place was mess tables weren't being cleaned and there was trash on thefloors and drink counter. I've been to this location many times and usually no issues not sure if maybe they where shortstaffed. Read more
