This location is usually exceptional but I presume due to the current work climate it has been hard to get workers. The cashier... was nice but not as upbeat as the usual personnel at these locations. Products were overcooked and not up to the usualstandards. The price was lower than usual because I always order the same thing, which was good. Read more
I bought my daughter food while we were at the mall. The cashier was real quiet and it seemed like she'd rather be somewhere... else which was displayed in her attitude. She got her food and went to eat it and the fries were cold so she did what anyoneelse would do and took them back. The manager (white lady with a bun) was rude about it and said I'll do it this time but nexttime I'm not going to. This location is horrible and the manager Robert is bad as well steer clear if possible just go to the one in the mall I ordered... a 8 ct grilled nugget and they gave me 6 GIANT pieces of chicken no receipt, no sauces, no napkins, no forks and my fries werejust tossed into the bag. When I asked them to remake it Robert told me there was nothing he could do because it was 8 in there(which wasn't true). If I could rate this location - 5 stars I would. Read more
I would give them any stars. Nasty place to eat and place order. This is not first time I complaint many times and Chick fill A... still happy and they don?t care. I've never been to a bad Chick Fil A, til now. 28 minutes in line. I get it, staffs are short, so I waited. Finally got my 2... sandwiches and drove home. Only to find, neither sandwich had a top bun. I couldn't help but laugh. But seriously, how? Read more
Chick-fil-a is always a good stop. This location however does not have that Fil-A vibe. Don't be in a rush in the drive... thru. Drive thru is tight, and it restricts the limited parking in the already small parking lot. Weird!!!! No one outsidetaking orders. They do however serve on both sides of the building. Larger vehicles should definitely use the right side. LikeI said, this restaurant chain is always a good stop, this one is use a facility that is not set up for you quick in and outtrip. Read more
