I sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes before i could order. I asked twice if they are ready for my order and the response... both times is there's only 2 people in the store. I get the impression they are hoping I drive off. BK seems like a dying brandanyway, but if anyone from a corporate level reads this, you might want to make some effort to fix this store (or your entirebrand). Maybe you need to pay more? This is completely sad. I've seen 4 cars drive off since I've been here. That's probably$50-100 of lost revenue. I think the worst part of it is you still have people who want to buy your product and every one ofthem is probably getting a horrible experience. That's not a recipe for sustaining your brand. Total wait time about 40 min. Let's hope the food is good and the order correct when I get it home. Read more
I will never eat from Burger King for as long as I live. Rude sloppy dressed children who don?t want to work and nonchalant... management who seems to take the lazy approach to supervision. And if the lobby is closed to patrons why is it open to thehomeless who aren?t spending money? Lines wrapped around the building and poor customer service I can?I can find plenty ofplaces who?ll take my money with prompt clean and courteous service. Read more
At 10:30 at night we went through the drive-thru it was probably about 15 cars there. They moved so slow we did not get our... food until 11:30 almost 11:45. The little boy that was taking the orders the one with the dreadlocks twisted on the top of hishead completely disregarded everything that we ordered through the drive-thru speakers . He actually seemed as if he was high orintoxicated. We get to the window he had the nerve to charge us more for what we actually ordered because he got the orderwrong. Poor customer service. To put things into perspective: I just drove from Pennsylvania to Georgia, only stopping for gas. I placed an online order for... the nearest Burger King. Upon arrival, there?s no onion rings nor the treat that I ordered. After going back and forth withitheinitial empl I asked if I could speak to the person that she was going to with all my questions about how to proceed with myorder. This second employee comes to the window with nothing but attitude. I?m not surprised so instead of demanding the itemsthat they were saying they were out of, I just wanted them to refund me for the missing items. With less attitude, this secondemployee tells me that it can?t be done at the store, that I would need to do this in-app. I only hope that my food wasn?ttempered with as I was too tired to go anywhere else at almost 11pm, after this 13 hour drive. I need to remember never to go back there. Went the other day to get A large fry and a large Coke and the line was sort of long.... It took 15 minutes to get to order and I was the second car to order. The kid told me I couldn?t order a large fry and a largeCoke because they don?t allow it there. Funny how you can go to any Burger King and have no problems ordering this. I asked himare you out of fries and he said no I said well why can?t I get a large? He said because they don?t allow it. I told him thatmakes no sense and I asked him what size I could get he said I could get a medium. Then he proceeded to say I couldn?t get alarge Coke. It was carbonated and then they didn?t have any. I waited a half an hour in line and I was tempted to leave which Ishould?ve. When I took a bite of my french fries they tasted like rancid oil. I know they have a skeleton crew so they probablydon?t change their oil or even clean the place. They just need to shut it down if they don?t have enough people to run it properly. Had to walk inside to pick up meal ordered through app. No curbside. Went through drive thru after long line wait, I was asked... to park sand come in. Service was kind. A tad slow. The app needs to be updated. I parked to order my food and while there,this explains why a car abruptly stopped and parked. Dude got out in a huff, obviously preturbed he had to park and go in to getthe food. Unfortunately I didn't pick up on this until I had to park sand get out. Lol Nice mural. Read more
