Went for lunch with two friends on 8/10/22. Service was horrible and my friend was charged over $100 for her check when we all... ate salads. My check was the highest with an app for the table and it was no where near $100. Luckily I paid with cash.Corporate please help this location out. I understand understaffing is an issue, but over charging a credit card is ridiculous.Along with a server bringing our drinks to the table after our 1st app arrived to the table. Great Tasting Food GREAT CUSTOMER Service. Love the variety of food choices and portions; choice of salads, meats, veggies,... seafood. Extremely dusty, over half of their lights are burned out. Went to order Fried pickles ohh we don't have those, okay broccoli... bites, were out of those too. Ok fine no app. Pork chops one fried, one grilled. Nope can't do that. I certainly won't comeback here. Read more
I been coming here the last past 2 week and the energy was very depressing until today Mrs. Anita was very nice, patient and... helpful.... thank you so must Anita because this was going to be my last time coming here.The Barbecue ribs was good that's thereason Im visiting. Stopped at Barnes on impulse. Just moving here and never heard of it, but since the parking lot looked full, decided it couldn't... be the worst. They were not terribly busy for a Friday lunch. Our server, Sharon was very friendly, informative, and efficient.She kept our drinks filled and needs met. The food came out hot and quick. The hushpuppies were the best I've ever had. The fishwas great. The shrimp were very lightly battered but fresh. Collard greens had plenty of bacon flavor. Cole slaw was finelygrated and not too sweet with pickle bits. Very good. Red rice was not flavorful. Will be back to try the bbq for sure. Read more
We got our food 30 minutes after we order and after several people who came in after us. We ordered the lunch Jumbo Shrimp... special for Friday. The Shrimp and fries was cold, hush puppies tasted like unsalted cornbread, Brunswick stew was cold andpotato salad wasn't good. Read more
