Employees here never seem to be making any food. There is never more than a handful of items in the case, usually only 3 types... of items (cinnamon pretzels, pretzel bites, plain pretzels) of the dozen or so on the menu. I've lived in Savannah for 4 yearsand I try to get an almond pretzel every time I am in this terminal and there are never any made. I said I would wait to have itmade and was told "it'll take too long, you'll miss your flight." She had no idea when my flight was. Another time I asked foran almond pretzel, they said they were out of almonds. It's a shame because this franchise location could make a lot of moneyif they were open and made food. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. The girls working at the shop wouldn't give me a pretzel because they only had pretzel bites... unless I had cash. Read more
Anytime I?ve been to the savannah airport there?s never any pretzels out or being made. What?s the point of even having it here?
Nothing wrong here except they are only open a few hours a day and like previous posters wrote - they stop making any fresh food... at least an hour before the close. I honestly have never been able to get anything before 11am and when I get home from a tripthey are always closed. Get a grip on your hours and you?ll see more business, I guarantee! Read more
I asked for a pretzel dog. The girl at the counter said no pretzel dogs, she pointed at the display case and said that's all she... had because she is closing at 5pm. It was 4.15 at the time I asked.... So let me get this straight, you've got 3 items on themenu, pretzel dogs being the most substantial item, you've got customers, you've got 45 minutes till closing and you decideyou're done and point at the sad display case with 3 pretzels left? I have always had positive experiences here! Food is well made and staff are great! Sadly, it wasn?t open when I was at the... airport at 10 this morning. Hopefully they adjust the hours, because 10am is not very early, and the airport is already verybusy at this time. I see no reason as to why it isn?t open. Read more
2nd attempt and still no Auntie Anne's. When I came though Savannah airport back in March, they closed SUPER early and today... they didn't have ANYTHING really. When I asked about the wait, she wait it would 30 mins. Which tells me, she wasn't even tryingto make ANYTHING. She referred me the another location in Savannah. After traveling, I am NOT going to track it down. I hope themanager and or owner sees this. I love Auntie Anne's, but this was my last attempt at the Savannah airport!!! Read more
Run the other direction, don't expect to get pretzels at this location! Had the same experience as the other reviews here. We... were told to wait 15 minutes (4:30pm on a busy Sunday) because they had to remake food. They were out of all their drinks,pretzel bites, and some of the dipping sauces. Read more
