I don't rarely even take the time to give a review about a place but I feel this place deserves one. I have a pretty good sense... about people and situations in my opinion and it has served me well over the years. The woman that took my order in the drivethrough was upset because the manager wasn't doing anything except sitting in the office doing lord knows what. That's anopinion I deduced when after the food I was given was not what I ordered(which we had previously agreed upon), so I went intothe lobby to correct my order. My mistake. I walked into the lobby where the manager greeted me and said we will make it foryou real quick, I'm coming for you. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on them to trade me two beefncheddars for two gyros. Theymade a gyro and sent it out the drive thru while I sat there patiently. The whole time I had to listen to how the woman thatworks the drive thru has a bad attitude out of the corner of my ear. I'm a very cordial and polite person in public, trust meI'm not responsible for her bad attitude.I didn't see the manager again until I asked the guy taking out the trash if anybodycould help me get my money back so I could leave. I think he was the only competent person in the place. He got the manager forme right away. Apparently she was away on something more important than her job. I say get rid of the lot of them and let theguy taking out the trash decide who runs the place. I think his iq was higher than the four other people that worked therecombined. The chef might be okay never got a good look at him. He definitely didn't hasten to make my gyros. The whole crew evenstepped out for a smoke or whatever they were doing for 5 minutes while I was in there. This was at 1pm by the way. I guesseveryone knows to avoid the place. Read more
I went to eat in the lobby one night and there was moldy tea and literally a roach on the soda machine this place needs to get... shut down soon as possible disgusting. Read more

Everything that I am ordering I get a response back that they are out of. Out of buffalo sauce for the sliders, out of curly... fries and out of turkey. I say, let me just get a vanilla milkshake. Young lady laughs and says the machine is down. I'm sureshe was lying or this location is just down bad. All the food I ordered was cold and fries were stale. Brisket was extemely dry and inedible as well. Worst food I've had from... any branch. Also had a nice surprise in my fries. I've provided a photo of this wonderful xmas present. Read more
Place "closes" @ 10. We show up at 940...big Arby's sign not lit up, menu in drive thru not lit up - place looks closed. 3... ladies obviously trying to get home early. Pull up to speaker, lady asks for order. We say "we can't read the menu can you turnthe lights on?" Lady replies "uhh, let me see if they work" - lights come on immediately. Order placed, pull up to drive thru -lady says "I hope you have exact change because we don't have any change". Again, they probably just closed the register to getout early. And there was a full drive thru, not like no one else was there. Pathetic. Food order relatively accurate, and tastedgreat. Everything else sucked. Read more
I loved the Cheddar Bacon Beef Brisket. It melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend this place. It was kind of busy and they... still made service quick and good. The employees were polite and respectful and did there job well. Definitely going back. Read more
First off everything we ordered was wrong everything drinks were flat no straws no napkins no Arby's sauce no condiments.service... was horrendous to top it off we sat in the Drive-Thru for almost 50 minutes and then still had to wait another 20 minutes afterwe paid. Read more
