I want to say the staff is super friendly, but they are super short-staffed and that is the only reason I lowered the stars to... 3. I dined alone, ordered an appetizer and salad. It took --- honestly --- 30 minutes for order to taken, 55 minutes for myfood order. It was delicious. Had I not been out there strictly to meet a family member who was traveling up from Florida Iwould have walked out. There were three (with me) tables occupied but the bar was busy. Again, staff was friendly and food wasgood. In today's climate with underemployment I feel bad for them -- they apparently had just finished a lunch rush. I knowthey were exhausted.....again, very friendly. If you are in a hurry, though, you may want to rethink visiting this restaurantlocation. Read more
Worst experience ever at Applebee?s. We ordered the all you can eat wings and fries expecting better than what we got. Half the... wings were so hard we couldn?t eat them, waitress was very unattractive for how slow it was. We waited forever for refills. Extremely slow but not busy. Waitress had issues with timely drink refills. The only reason for a 2 is food was good once we... finally got it. We arrived at 730 and did not get food until 9. I asked them to sing happy birthday to my daughter and thewaitress replied we don't do that. Not 10 minutes later they sang to another child. We will not be back. Read more
This place was so unorganized. We were seated by a surly teenager who disappeared into the kitchen. The waitress met us took an... incomplete order and then just didn't show up to complete it for the next 30 minutes. During that time she went past our tableat least 5 times and just ignored us. Then she came back to complete the order and then apologized and admitted that she messedup bad somewhere else. We were just aghast at her audacity ????. It was simply unacceptable and we nearly walked out. Pleasetake your money elsewhere. This place is not worth it. Read more
The waitress was lovely and was tipped accordingly. I specifically asked for a cheeseburger well done. The chef obviously didn't... accept requests. His way or no way. The result was I received an undercooked (and even pink inside) burger. No problem, I amhere on vacation with two friends from the U.K. Sadly Applebees is off the list so won't be using that chain anymore. Read more
The food was good but the service was soooo slow and unorganized lawd they never removed any of the dishes off the table and we... had a party of five had to keep asking for refill two people never got refills manager sat out at the table talking the holdtime this location is nice but for as organization and team work it lacks but the guy at the bar took care of his people at thebar I think there regular he knew them by names but still we spending money to we spent most of our time looking crazy ????wishing my son could get his honey mustard for his tenders Read more
The mushy, overcooked, overly salty green beans were the worst we have ever had. Service at the bar was good but the food was... below average for an Applebee's. Won't stop there again. Read more
