The Drive through line is always really long! There is no reason the inside can?t be open, even if you are short staffed. ... Customer service is horrible here too. Shakopee and Burnsville are the way to go. Read more

Regularly get my order wrong and typically there is barely enough cheese sauce to cover the bottom of the cup it comes in.... You'll be lucky if you get more than two words from anyone there. Do yourself a favour and drive down 42 to Nicollet and getexcellent service. Read more

:/ I really don?t like leaving bad reviews but several times they have forgotten an item in the order. Or not putting something... extra on a taco that I asked for. I asked for 2 nacho fries and I got one with 2 cheese sauces. I asked for the breakfast combosand didn?t get my hash browns. I asked for jalapeño sauce on my breakfast quesadilla and didn?t get any. I also didn?t get anyon my crunch wrap (which is the best part) and it has happened multiple times. Good thing I ordered an extra cup on the sidewhich I did get surprisingly. Just sad. Makes me thing they are thinking (what can I leave out for this person) Read more

I went through the drive through at 10:10 Am. the staff on dotty at this time refused to serve me u were clearly open it sad... this stor dose business this way I had to go to Arby's thanks alot!!! Read more

They closed an hour early tonight claiming to be short staffed. They had left all of the lights on, and the drive through signs.... I waited for quite a while before politely asking if they were open. No response, so I pulled up to the window. There were 4employees crouching down trying to hide from me. I called and a young girl answered and was pretty rude. Ai have never hadproblems at this location before, but tonight was awful. Read more

Kiosks were slow, would not read card. Many people were having this problem. Went up to pay and tell them nothing is working.... Manager gave me my food and a application "if you don't like the kiosks how about a job" screw him and your trash food. Didn'teat any of that garbage. Never coming back. I was clearly frustrated about the kiosks and not mad at the employees. Othersconfirmed I was not yelling just frustrated. 1.I was having the problem with print out the recipe (I can not redeem my rewards without any thing)and then I was asking for... the help with the cashier and then you know what they are telling me No we can not help you ! I knew this New place and thenthey are just opened ! but oh well nevermind forgot about it! 2. My order was missing the items and then good thing I was fineit (recipe) was sent out though my email ! And then I need to show up the Guy again /and then my order still missing somethingsad face I can not believe it was so complicated for getting dinner for us! Hopefully after awhile they'll get better soon Read more

I have always had a good experience here and have never received an order prepared incorrectly. I always order items without... dairy and sub beans in place of meat. Whatever item I order like this, it's made correctly, and the staff is friendly. The Bajablast drink is also delicious! Read more
