I arrived at this Subway at 2:40pm 08/19/2022 I was the first in the line, and there was 1 car in the drive thru. There were 2... staff members working, but it seemed like 1 of the 2 was very new. Basically only 1 person working at this time. Anyways, Afterabout 5 minutes of me waiting and the line growing behind me I was told that it would just be a minute. Then The staff memberstook care of the problem customer in the drive thru, and worked on online orders. It wasn't until 2:55pm that my sandwich wasfinally started, and I got out of there at 2:59pm. My gripe is that I was waiting around way too long. There is no reason thatbasically one staff member had to take care of everything in that store at the time of my arrival. Definitely need to hire morepeople to make this a smooth operation, I will not be coming back for a long time and would much rather go to DQ down the streetthan wait 20 minutes for a simple sandwich. 2 stars, only because sandwich was good. Waited 30 min in the drive through when I was only the 3rd car from the window. Finally got my order and got back to work to... find out it was wrong. Don?t waste your time here! Read more
This location does not make the sandwiches as well as most every other location I have been to. The lettuce was pink on the... sandwich and the toppings were not correct. It was not worth $20 for 2 subs for the quality and amount of toppings on thesandwiches. Cub or Walmart deli subs are half the price and taste much better. Read more
Run by underage teens no manager in site, couldnt tell me if they charge extra for mozzarella, then gave the girl a coupon $3.49... for a 6" sub (excludes melts) i got a 6" ham and turkey, she took my coupon then told me the total was $6.79! They charge over$10 for footlongs, just go to the one of Co. Rd. 5, they dont bs you, they know what they're doing, they're generous, friendlyand not treating each other horribly in front of guests. The girl spent more time telling the boy what to do than she spentspeaking to me. Overpriced, understaffed, illegitimate and knowledge-lacking staff, never coming back. Read more

They ?run out? of their hot meats hours before close (too lazy to microwave more). Terrible attitudes on the staff. Rude, short... with you and snarky. There are two other subway restaurants within 2 miles of this location - and once again tonight I wasreminded why I always make the drive. Avoid. Read more
