I have come here before and I love the location and speedy service. I did not like the service I got at the cash register. I was... reading off the online menu of what I wanted and she said no your wording is incorrect I would know. Then I wanted to use my owncup and she refused and said no we are not cleaning that and I responded with no I brought this from home and cleaned it. Shemade the biggest sigh of frustration I have ever seen and paused then said just give it to me already and told the otherbarista, here take this she wants her own cup I guess and it's apparently clean. I thought that was so unbelievably rude and Iam a manager at a food establishment and I would never speak like this infront of a guest. Read more
I made a mobile order ahead of time in the morning for my drink. It was ready when I got there as recommended by the mobile app.

This location is always busy and today the order was taken by a fast speaking kind female. The speaker volume was excessively... loud and she could have slowed down a bit but at least she was polite and took the order accurately. I quickly arrived at thewindow where a young female told me my total and handed me my order however there were no other greetings exchanged and I wasnot thanked or told to come again.
