This place went from my favorite fast food restaurant in the area to my least favorite over the course of the past two years.... It's like management gave up and handed the reins to the nitwits behind the counter. Every visit here lately has beendepressing. The dining room is unclean, the employees seem more interested in playing the fool and making TikTok videos thanthey do in serving customers, and the quality of the food has gone downhill to a remarkable extreme. I was always happy to pay alittle bit of a premium to eat at Freddy's because the food used to be great and the restaurant used to be extremely clean andinviting. Now that that's no longer the case, I'm not going to pay absurd prices for a horrible experience here. Time for newmanagement, new employees, and a complete overhaul of this dump. Read more

A good friend and myself had previously had a bad experience, so we were compensated with coupons to get a free combo meal and... I have to say they did a great job this time around and we really enjoyed our meals. They deserve a compliment. Keep up the goodwork. Read more

On July 4th, we went at this location around 2:20 PM. Originally, we had planned to go through drive through, but we waited on... speaker for about 3-4 minutes without anyone answering. If we were told to wait, or that they would need a few more minutes,that would have been fine, sure. We decided that ordering at counter for take-out would be a lot faster. When we walked in, wewere surprised to see that there were 7 people currently on floor. Two people at counters (a trainer and trainee), 2 on icecream, 1 doing mobile orders, and 2 in the kitchen. From the slowness, it seemed like there was a major shortage of staff. Therewere even two people on headsets! We later realized that there was another person stocking the back, making it 8 people total!There were multiple instances where the the two people on ice cream were walking around, talking to each other, and just horsingoff. The state of the kitchen was less than ideal as well: people wearing shorts, hair not tied back, wearing air pods onjob....all these were major safety hazards, especially when working on the fryer. There was food and crumbs in the food preparea that could have been easily cleaned by those who were not busy. Items at the front (sauces) were not stocked aswell. --- There wasn't a line when we arrived inside the building. We sat down and waited after we ordered (two sandwiches, twofries), and it took a *really* long time. 20-30 minutes. During that time, there were two people who were dining in. 15 minutesafter we sat down, they were called up for an ice cream cup. Once we received our order, everything was haphazardly thrown in,with the fries even completely upside down! --- The price we paid was not worth the wait at all. The patty melt this round was a little dry and over cooked, lacked moisture. The fries were fabulous as usual. I had ordered a... peanut butter shake and ended up with a peanut butter chocolate and banana shake which was pretty good actually I just wasn'texpecting it. reat customer service. Normally not disappointed, but today was sad. Ordered a whole other meal and did not receive it. My chicken patty was paper thin... and hard to even break apart. My Boys favorite place to eat out at! Very reasonable price for fast food, and so much better then the other burger joints. ... They are the shoestring fries, but the cheese curds are the best upgrade option out there. Read more

Edit to add: I did indeed fill out the feedback form on the website the same day. No one has contacted me. Went here for the... first time today. Friendly staff but they gave me two Chicago dogs without the hot dog. Just a bun with tomatoes pickles andmustard. I also ordered the new jalapeño burger..one single jalapeño on it.
