After a few bad visits in a row with unfriendly staff and problems getting orders into the system properly or prepared properly,... I am rating this location low. I don't want to overreact because in general I like culver's. Low staffing troubles are probablyto blame but dirty store on top of it makes me want to go elsewhere. Read more

I used to work at a Culver's when I was in high school and I know a decent amount about their procedure. The Culver's in Savage... on 13 gets a 2 star for this visit. The food isn't really anything to write about, it's a bit better than most fast food and hasa large selection of food. But this visit gets a 2 star because I ordered a sandwich with onion rings and substituted the drinkfor a lemon ice cooler and I waited over 20 minutes for the cooler. I was sitting in my car and finished my food before I had toflag one of the runners down myself to tell them I'm still waiting on a cooler. Coolers are lemon ice blended with whateverfruit you choose. Takes maybe 30 seconds to do, and they never brought it out until I told them. Read more
The assistant mgr. helped me and she was great, problem was the food wasn't. Pretty sure I have never had that dry of burger... patties. Not only that, I paid extra for onion rings but got fries. If there is a next time I will definitely check the bagbefore leaving! Read more
