I ordered 2 large black coffees and wanted 2 specific donuts. When I went through the drive through I had to repeat the order... several times and it was difficult to understand the staff who took my order. Tim Hortons seldom have a variety of donuts so, Igot the 2 coffees and no donuts. Tim Hortons has great coffee and that is my go to coffee house. Read more
Fairly standard Tim Hortons. This location tends to be a little faster on average, than the other Tims in the soo. Though that... might be because of how busy this one can get, being right on the corner of a busy intersection. No real complaints other thanthey will still occasionally mess up orders. If you need your coffee fix, it's as good as any. Read more
This location has gone bad. Very long waits combined with massive inconsistencies and wrong orders makes for a poor experience.... Ive been going to this location for 15 years up until recently. I drive an extra three kilometers each morning just so i donthave to order from here. I gave two stars because the staff at the window is usually very kind. Read more
Got two clubs today (aug 28th 2022 @ 1:30pm)and the lady making them made them like they were for her grandkids. They weren't... spilling out after every bite. Five stars to her! Read more
Was very courteous and polite when they said to me you have to pay for a cup of coffee to get an empty cup so you could share... the coffee with your daughter. Told me it was a head office problem. Called head office they told me we have nothing to do withit it's just a bad branch. Manager refused to come out and talk to me. Read more
