It?s a great restaurant for large groups! I love that it?s in such a historic building and the overall atmosphere is very... friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the waiter and it improve our dining experience! One thing that I would warnyou is to go with an empty stomach because they don?t mess around with portions. The 18? pizzas really are 18? and we hadtrouble finishing one large (18?) and one regular (12?) between three adults. We also got the fried cheese curds with deliciousmarinara sauce but I don?t think it made too much of a difference. I?m not complaining but just setting expectations. It is a cool place with great service. My husband and I shared a delicious caesar salad and larger GF steakhouse pizza. The... pizza is a bit too salty and the sauce too thick. The dining room is a bit darker and hard to read the menu. Read more

Came here my last nite in SSM as I was there for work for only a week. This old paper mill is filled with so many great... restaurants and I could tell this was the vibe in the Soo. Ordered the boiler room pizza (large) and the wings with chippers.The wood oven flavored in both the pizza and wings was a great addition to the rich ingredients flavours. The marinara sauce andonions were the ?? of this iconic pizza. The wings came with a hot dauve, barbecue sauce (sweet), and a ranch dressing. I wishthere were better sauces either tossed on the wings or on the side. Definitely would come back to this establishment to try someother menu items. We had the most lovely evening at the mill. Our waitress was Kim and we adored her. Service was outstanding and food was... amazing. We took him leftovers because we were so full. Highly recommend the cheese curds (they are like mini mozzarella sticks)and the charcuterie pizza is delicious. Everything was amazing. Read more

We stopped in for lunch on Saturday and were greeted with very friendly and attentive staff. We love the Boiler Room... atmosphere, but did not enjoy the food. On a previous visit (about a year ago) we had an excellent experience with top notchfood. This visit the food was really sub par. An order of chicken wings was described as terrible - undercooked and sitting ina puddle of grease. My order of fish and chip was not very good either. The server said my order would be slow because theyhad to mix up a fresh batch of batter - no problem I thought. Well the order was pretty tasteless and it seemed to me thebatter went on frozen fish and then into the fryer - soggy batter was the result. The french fries were overcooked and tasted abit burnt. The server offered to have a word with kitchen. With the premium prices I expected a much higher level of food. Read more
