UPDATED REVIEW: I have continued to visit this location and the service has definitely improved. Everyone is very nice and the... service is quick. I will continue to return. Original: I've visited this new location 3 times since it has opened -unfortunately all three times my order has been wrong. Environment is nice and clean, location is convenient - great fordowntown corporate office breaks in the day. Hopefully the mistakes can just be chalked up to the workers still being trained. Iwill continue to visit and hopefully the service gets better as the location gets more popular. Read more
I usually order ahead but it wasn't available at this location and so I was totally lost when making our order. The girls... working were super sweet and patient and made suggestions as we were going through the orders. Service was quick and drinksdelicious! Not great service, very slow, they?ve made my Carmel frap incorrectly the last two times I?ve been in. Both times (a week apart)... they didn?t have the correct Carmel sauce so used a really thin bitter tasting Carmel. Both times didn?t tell me that theydidn?t have the correct ingredients to make my drink ahead of time. Read more
