I ordered on the app. The app wouldn't allow me to select certain options that I wanted. When I did select what I wanted... apparently that wasn't what wasn't what was on there and. When I got home and saw the ears I called the store and was met withthe the customer service person telling me I was wrong. Too bad for me. I didn't want anything free I just wanted to comeexchange one of the items and that wasn't allowed it allowed I was willing to accept the errors except for 1 exchange 1 exchangeand the customer service said no way too bad you're a mistake Eat it. Great chicken and fries. The service on the other hand needs a little work. Not sure if there isn't enough people working but... it usually takes 15-20mins to get your food from the time of order. Everything else is great. Fix this and it'll definitely bea better experience. Read more

My daughter absolutely loves this place we've been here twice and with any new business it takes a little time to iron out all... the kinks...(tables need to be cleaned more often, service counters a little slow, fountain machine is too close to the countercausing a backup, to the side doors don't work) I love that you have multiple side items to choose from (corn on the cob, mashedpotatoes, baked potato, onion rings, etc.) There's lots of seating space!! It really is good chicken, but the sides are forgettable. Coleslaw and onion rings are the best. Not a fan of their Cajun fries.... Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are almost flavorless. The beignets (if you can call them that) are very tasty, but they aretiny. They should be renamed mini-beignets. Read more
