Last friday, I was in line at NYF and saw 3 young boys wanting to buy fries to share. They only had $5 and the next best thing... happened... the manager told the staff to only charge the boys for a small fry but in return gave them a regular fry since theywere sharing. This really made my day and I'm sure made the kids very happy!! Read more

Barb was ridiculously rude to me as a customer. The minute I walked up I was greeted by the f bomb and was ranted to because of... a bus full of students, which I was apart of. She said she wanted to ?kill Herself because of us?. -1/10 costumer service do notrecommend this location at all. Read more

Great service, excellent poutines... sadly headoffice took our pulled pork away

There was no flavour to the poutine it was hard to get down. Ended up giving the rest to the kids and even they didn't like it.... Sad to see a good place end up with flavorless poutines. Read more

Poutine was awesome! Lady really hooked us up. Fries were crunchy, rich hot gravy, nice cheese curds, green onion and bacon... added allot. Does seem a little over priced. Read more
