Very new and clean building, spacious seating, accessible but not automatic doors. Very friendly service.
Was in the Soo for a convention. Left, craving chicken so we went to KFC. The app said completed, but it wasn't. The guy was... rude. We waited for them to complete it, went across town to our room, got comfy and opened our KFC. First thing I noticed, mytenders had coleslaw. I didn't order coleslaw, due to a medical condition I can't eat it, I love it! Just can't have it. Thenrealize my side is with the other meal? But who ordered coleslaw? The other was a combo with green beans, or should have been.They gave us 2 tender meals, one correct, the other I have no idea who ordered, and got our 1 piece combo. Completely wrongmeal. While the food is great, they are expensive and have forgotten something almost every time we ordered. The last time was the... worst; a large, online order that was slated for a 20 minute wait. Getting there at the allotted time, I watched as they handedout the food that should have been in the order and told me it would be another 20 minute wait.
