They have a sign stating you must be 18-20 years old to enter the casino. I am 19, my fiancé is 20. We checked in and were not... told anything about not being allowed near bars. When we were in the middle of sports betting, we were stopped by the securityguard just to be informed that we can?t be near the bars. Conveniently there is no sports bet kiosks anywhere else, they areonly in the bars. I understand they don?t want underage drinking, but regardless, the bar tenders would have carded us, and weshowed no interest in the bar whatsoever. If we can be out on the floor gambling, within vicinity of a bar, I don?t understandwhy there is an issue with us sports betting near a bar. Last time we will be here. Read more

The casino and hotel are welcoming and appealing. The casino is actually quite large , lots of slots. My trip there didn?t... start out very good as I had a touch of trouble with a machine and my money wasn?t refunded. But at the end of the day, I endedup doing fairly well. Hubbs won a little bit at the tables too. We didn?t eat at the hotel restaurant because we didn?t feelthere was a very large variety on the menu. I attended a convention here. This is a very nice casino and hotel campus. All of the employees were very nice, and the hotel... rooms were clean and comfy. The games are fun and the food is good at the restaurant and the deli, and I liked the convenienceof the gift shop. Unfortunately, if a lot of people are smoking in the main bar and main casino rooms, it gets veryuncomfortable very fast?and you can smell the stale smoke throughout the first floor. That said, at least there is a nonsmokinggaming room and bar for nonsmokers to retreat to, and the nonsmoking hotel rooms were truly nonsmoking. Not even a whiff of itin there. Husband and I had a mini 4 day get away here. It was so much fun! You don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to!... They have 2 lounges, one restaurant, a deli, a gift shop, pool, hot tub, gaming room, and a casino! We went exploring the first2 days then decided to stay on the property for the third day. We had so much fun! The staff is friendly, the place is clean,and the lounges have karaoke and live bands on the weekend! We will be back for sure!!!! Read more

We reserved a room at this place 2 weeks before our stay and the lady said it was going to be $104 a night and a conformation of... it. but when we got to the casino they charged us $180 they said they charged us 180 because the place was full. Also badservice and they need to add more things for kids to do like put an arcade or something that the kids can enjoy. After myexperience here I will not be going back and I would not suggest this hotel for anyone. There are a lot better hotels aroundthat have a lot better service and a lot better price for what you are paying for. Rooms were basic motel 6 quality. Need updating. No fridge, no micro wave. There was no housekeeping. Had to put used towels... by door. Our floor was supposed to be smoke free. Smelled like smoke on the entire floor. Non smoking casino was small. Smoking was bigger but the smoke was really bad. Went with diamond tours who were also bad. Read more

The only reason I gave ONE star because the housekeepers were nice. Check in was non-personal, rude. Like it was a... inconvenience. Stayed 3 nights, was never greeted by staff, they never made eye contact. To get a new club card was torture, Ibelieve she eye rolled at my question about points. Then next day we had stopped at check-in desk to ask for more towels. The 2employees standing right in front of us, 6 ft away never stopped talking to each other never gestured "just a sec" nod.
