I wanted to preface this by saying in the past the service we received has been great. But our most recent, and very last time... ordering from Saukville Domino's was less than great. We utilize the Tracker to be prepared for delivery at the door. In thepast, our pizza delivery folks have been prompt with food delivered hot. The very last time I ordered, it took the delivery man33 minutes to deliver from the store to my home. I am approximately 4-6 minutes from the store. Our delivery arrived cold andthe pizza tasted very "off". I can't put it into words but it did not taste right. The other problem is, they did not put muchcheese, if any, on the pizza. I was so disappointed that we paid for this order and it came more or less disgusting. Save yourpennies and order from a small business pizza place! Read more
Id rate the store/ordering about a 3 1/2. The food is great when its made great, but the reason I'm giving it a little over a 3*... is because its very coinflip on the quality. - this is also why I tip at most $8-10. Good drivers, in and out with no issues,its just the chucky cheese quality pizza at times is what puts me off of dominoes. Read more
Service was ok. There was a park bench outside so we could wait for our order as we didn't call ahead. Food was good.
Talk about fast it was amazing! Pizza is hot and good and I had friendly service. 100% happy with this domino's pizza!
Ordered for delivery, wrong drinks, pizza was wrong. Called them back they told me they made what I ordered and that I'm wrong,... then blamed some call center.my advice check your order before paying and certainly before giving a 25 percent tip. Read more
They always do a good job, glad they have gluten free. They forgot pepperoni on my wife's gluten free pizza but she still likes... it. Wish the Rewards allowed us to get a gluten free crust. Read more
Placed my online order; included extra instructions as it can be challenging by GPS finding my place. I place regular orders,... and always way over tip 30+%. Tonight I watched the delivery driver on the map drive in all different directions. I stoodoutside waiting for them to circle back, only to have them drive past and mark my order as complete. I called the number, andwaited while listening to the auto generated message. When answered, the gal on the phone sounded irritated I was calling; Iexplained how occasionally, the driver will call. "We're supposed to. Hold on." Then when she came back offered to make itfresh, but didn't sound happy about it. I took a breath and nicely asked for the order just to be cancelled. She responded,"even better, thank you, goodbye" and immediately hung up. I always try to give good reviews and if I have to complain, I'm nota B@#$ about it. The service I received tonight was terrible. I tried to call back 2 more times to ask for a manager and mycalls were never answered. So disappointed in this store. I understand everyone is short staffed; that it's hard to find staff.However, I still have mouths to feed here. Read more
