The wait time for the food is ridiculous. You can easily drive to the Dyer location, have your food, and be back home. I Waited... in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just for a grilled chicken pita and cup of soup. All while watching some employees walkaround on their cell phones. Just ordered from them again, after promising myself and family I would not do so (every order in the past has been... problematic). I ordered a Reuben sandwich and the Saturday Special Italian beef. The counter staff called me back to thecounter and told me that they had run out of sauerkraut. I originally said go on and make it anyway, but then after looking atthe menu, I saw that a corned beef sandwich was a dollar less and had no sauerkraut. I asked for a price adjustment and was toldthat the corned beef had sauerkraut (? in what deli?), so I couldn't get the $1.00 difference back. I asked, politely, for a fewmore fries, and they complained that the fries weren't with the cost of the sauerkraut. When I got home I saw that there was noSwiss cheese on the sandwich, so all I had was 2 slices of bread, some mystery meat, and a couple squirts of dressing. TheItalian Beef was supposed to have mozzarella cheese, sweet and hot peppers along with being dipped. There was a shred of cheese,the sandwich was dry, and there was no giardiniera. The amount of meet was about half of what it was in the past, so evenunderstanding that we are in hard times, this was unacceptable. Recommending that you never eat there, as they do not offerrefunds, even though the refund policy is posted at the counter. They would not convert my Reuben sandwich to a regular cornedbeef since "it was already made and coming out from the kitchen". Read more

Per the menu peppers on the beef were free and a side of peppers are 50 cents. I ordered sweet pepper on the beef and hot on... the side. I was charged for both. I asked about this and was refunded for the sweet peppers. Upon looking in my bag I did notreceive the hot peppers. So I was charged for something I did not receive. So I didn't know the hours shifted over to the fall times and I called in to find out that they were just about to close. I... believe I spoke with the new manager who was so accommodating that she had the grill open back to make me another one of theirfabulous burgers that I look forward to on Saturday nights! I?ve been eating here now for almost 2 years to say this place is deteriorating in cst service/food is an understatement.... Ordered the special for today my beefs were both cold and the fries were a bag of grease literally. Over the past few months thefood quality has gotten worst. Horrible experience. I purchased the sausage and beef combo with fries and a drink. Fries and drink were fine but the sausage... seemed a bit undercooked, the "sweet pepper" aka green pepper was extremely hard and close to raw, and the sandwich in generalwas extremely underwhelming. When I brought the sandwich back for a refund the manager refused. She said that "people take riskseveryday and as a customer it's my decision to risk that their food will be gross". She then proceeded to stand and ignore mewhile clicking away on the tablet. Afterwards she said she had given me a store credit but also refused to give any proof of thecredit. Asked if they have a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and was told what comes on it. I said I'd like it just sauce and add cheese. I was... then asked what I wanted on it. I repeated myself. I then was asked what sauce. I said buffalo? Finished the rest of the order.Received my food, and a sandwich is missing. Go around again, get the sandwich. Then not trusting this place I checked mysandwich I ordered, and somehow they screwed this up so bad. Crispy chicken sandwich that looks gross, they added some pepperand added cheese.
