Ordered Apple pie, mac and cheese and beignets. Was told to pull up but no reason why. Waited 10 min. before food was... brought out. If was told pies were not ready woukd not have ordered it. Also beignets were still raw dough inside. Read more

I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional and my fries were burnt. I bought three meals on my order and they all... included drinks. The lady handed me my food but not the drinks that came with the meals. The window never closed so I called toher. Even though she was standing by the open window she ignored my calls for her attention. Eventually another employee came tohand me my drinks. I requested a drink tray to carry my drinks but they said that they didn't have any drink carriers. As aresult of not having proper way to secure my sodas I had to leave without them. It's safe to say that I will not be going backto that location. Smh Read more
Another disappointment of a restaurant. Apparently if u go to a lot of these type of restaurants after 5pm u can expect lack of... food quality, incompetence, unprofessional customer service, and carelessness of the preparation of food. So basically theirmindset is just to hurry up and serve u what they have and get you up out of there. It's such a shame that people who might worklate shifts or have to get a late dinner for their families, have to succumb to this type of quality. I will suggest WhiteCastle before I suggest this restaurant to anyone late nights. If u decide to come here it better be before 3pm is all I'msaying. Changed my rating from 3 to 1 star... We got the family meal on the 5/22/2021 when my husband got home with the food, I opened... the bag and the strong smell of old burned oil came out. The chicken also tasted like burnt oil! They also forgot our fries!This Popeyes was bad for years but had gotten better, now they have gone back the other way, the last few times it has been badfood and/or service... Not even sure where to begin. The food was tasteless. The employees looked like they had just crawled out of bed. The whole... restaurant was disgusting. Grease on every inch of the inside. Trash all over the lobby. The only reason I stopped there wasbecause my blood sugar was going down and I knew they had honey for the biscuits. I won't be returning.
