I ordered 3 dozen donuts online the day before, for a 7:30 a.m. pickup. Not only was my order not ready when I got there. They... didn't have all of-the flavors I requested. No notice was given and they didn't even have bags to carry out the donuts. I willbe going to another location in the future. Read more

i usually come to this Dunkin during the week in the AM, i never have any issues. This particular day was a Sunday 11/28/21... around 2pm. , i was told that it would be a 5-10 minute wait for some hot food. all i asked for was a toasted bagel and a mediumcoffee. so i asked why? she told me that they only had one toaster oven available. I just giggled to myself because no othercustomer was in the parking and no other customer was in the drive thru. Read more

I contemplated on writing this review. I am usually not the one to write bad reviews, but something needs to be done regarding... this location. I have been a regular customer at this location for the past 6 years. I stop here everyday on my way to work. Iget the same exact order every time. For the past couple of months, I have been experiencing nothing but poor customer service,my order has been wrong every single time, and they just can?t seem to get it right. I have been seeing some new faces, and I?venoticed they are short staffed, not properly trained, and the customer service sucks. This place was my go to place, so I havebeen giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it?s not getting any better. When I order hot food these days, they either saythey are not serving hot food that day, or the wait is going to be 20min. This place had some amazing workers. (Dre, Infiniti,the morning ladies(I don?t know their names), they were all so amazing).I don?t see any of the familiar faces anymore. I don?twant to blame it on the new kids, I just think the management need to take control and make some necessary changes. They need tobe staffed and trained properly. This used to be a very good location but ever since they got this new guys here, services has been terrible.. The worst happened... this morning as the they gave me a wrong order and refused ti refund me nor gave me the right order. All of them were telling meI was yelling. Even when I wasn?t saying nothing but had three guys shouting back at me over a simple order. I have reportedthis issue to the customer services and they promised to take action. It?s just sad how people want a job and don?t evenunderstand simply customer etiquette. But instead decided not to give the customer their money back nor their order because thecustomer complained.
