Ordered online when at the time they said to pickup 30 min after order. Guy never looked at the online ordering Ipad so he... hadn't even started the pizza yet had to sit and wait for 20 more min. Before pizza was ready. Then they burnt it...... Not verygood customer service. Read more
Not what it used to be. This was my favorite pizza until today. The pizza was burnt and the garlic bread had no flavor. I see... people complained that it was too salty, but now i can hardly taste it. If I call in my order can I request it be like it waswhen you opened? Cuz if it keeps up, I unfortunately can?t order here anymore. Please note, I drove 40 minutes from Holdingfordto get this pizza. That?s how good it used to be! Mike and employees are always friendly. I have ordered from them a few times. The last 3 times have not been great. 1, online order set for 5:30- showed up at 4:45 and... missing the pop. No biggie, things happen, and the driver actually drove all the way back to get it so that was very muchappreciated. 2, online order- once again, forgot the pop and the pizza wasn?t cut. Again, whatever. Not the end of the world butstill kind of frustrating. 3, online order January 15- they called me within 5 minutes of me placing my order telling me theyweren?t taking orders as their pizza oven was down. They asked if I wanted a refund to my card, obviously I said yes. It is nowFebruary 1st and still no refund. I have made numerous calls, and who ever keeps taking them won?t give me his name so I have noidea who I?m talking to. I?ve left my information over and over. Finally, today they told me it was processed 3 days ago, Iasked for proof and they would not give me and it has not made it back into my account. I asked to talk to whoever is in chargeand they would not let me speak to them. Just kept telling me they will pass my info along to the next person. My bank alongwith visa do not show a refund and now it is in the hands of visa and pizza man for a dispute on the charge. Honestly, I wouldhave let it go but the terrible customer service I have received with this situation is what made me dispute the charge. Read more
Tried pickup Pizza Man for first time in Sauk Rapids. Ordered 2 10? pizza?s bbq chicken & 1/2 deluxe w veggies and w/out, plus... small cheesebread order. Pizza was very saucy, fresh veggies, and great flavor. Happy to see more places coming to Sauk Rapids,Will be ordering again in the future! Read more
Pizza was delicious! Staff was really friendly both times I went. The regular bread sticks weren't quite my jam (little too much... parmesan and not enough garlic, but to each their own), however the cheese bread I had last time was really good. Read more
Your driver was rude to my mom and we will never order from you again! Retrain your staffers ! We have ADT video and you are on... tape yelling at my mother. You said, "there are no lights on," in a rude voice. My mother went to the driveway chasing afteryour car after you passed her by. SHE WAS SITTIING OUTSIDE!
