We had scallops, prime rib and an appetizer. Scallops were a bit anemic looking and cool. Prime rib was good but there was no... crust or seasoning on it. We will go back to give them another try because the staff and service were impeccable. Read more

This place used to be top-notch on everything and I usually give everything and everyone a second chance. Because of the history... I'm going to give Green acres a third chance. I've been there two times each exactly a year apart with family. I had the ducklast year and it was pretty good however the potato and salad were awful. Two other people had mediocre dishes and one personhad something they totally didn't like. This year almost the same odds except only one person had a meal where everything wasbetter than average. My prime rib was lukewarm and it was medium to medium rare cut. The salad was just awful like the yearbefore and the dressing which I changed was terrible as well. The guy next to me had glazed carrots or carrot something and theywere almost crunchy he said. I'm going to come back in next year and I will follow up with pictures of before and after becauseI truly think for the price they charge the meals should be significantly better than average and definitely not what I haveexperienced. And I am not talking from having no experience, there's a restaurant located on highway 60 I was a chef at for 5years and no what supper clubs are like. Read more

The food is overpriced and very underwhelming. This place was a pretty good place for drinks an dinner, but they have missed... the mark over the last few visits. When I read the menu and specials, everything sounds great. But it's a different story whenyou see the plate. I guess if you have low expectations this is your place. But based on their reputation and prices they needto do better. I'm not sure what's going on with their dining room upstairs. It has the charm of a nursing home cafeteria now. Read more

A charming old supper club with a lot of history. The staff was very friendly and greeted us right away. Our server was... wonderful and checked back with us often. We ordered the prime rib and the pork chop dinners, both were delicious and cookedperfectly. If you like a good Old Fashioned, this is a place to get one! Read more
