Awful. Awful. Awful. I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was well..awful. I ordered on the mobile app thinking it... would save us some time after running a few errands. I was with my husband, and our 6 month old so we were wanting to hurryhome, we sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. ONE car moved the entire time, so we got out of line and my husband went insideto grab our food. As soon as he walked in they locked the lobby doors (it was only 7:30PM) and he waited in there for over anhour, barely being acknowledged. I watched 5+ people trying to get inside, and multiple employees aimlessly walking around thelobby/outside. We would have left after sitting in drive, but I?d already paid through the app. Oh and to top it off half of ourfood was cold, when we finally received it. Read more
The drive-thru lady was very rude. The man taking my order was very short with his words.. can't wait for Alexandria to open... back up again. Love the crew there. Read more
Clean place. The kiosk for ordering is a pain. I want personal attention. Not my regular establishment to eat so looking at... the menu is important. Can do that with the placement if kiosks. Not sure I would stop here again. If I see a kiosk inanother place I walk Read more
Would be zero stars if that was an option. Over 30 min wait for medium size for family order. Tried to blame short staff when... there was plenty of staff, no apologies from the manager she hid and sent a cashier to hand write my name down. Store is alwaysdirty. For a new store it should be clean, and efficient. Read more
The workers were friendly and the food was amazing. My order was perfect and nothing was missing at all ?? most other fast food... places I visit there's always something missing or they mess up on my order. Read more
Was there at noon on September 4 and we had excellent service and the foot was fast, hot and delicious! Awesome to have a Taco... Bell in Sauk Centre and our food also came really quick even though they were busy! Read more
I'm happy they opened, but they ran out of taco meat? I guess it's new so they are probably still learning their customer base,... to supply and demand. Not the best first experience, but we will give them another try some other time. Unfortunately I had seen5 other cars drive off empty handed I'm assuming from the taco meat shortage? I'm hoping they will retry as it is still new, andI'm glad they are in Sauk Centre. Read more
I would give them no stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service waited for over an hour...at a fast food place. Would have... left but used mobile app so it was already paid for. Never will I go back!! Read more
