I picked up our order Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday. I had a confirmation email, but the CS person was not able... to quickly locate our order in their system. While one CS person was looking for our order an assistant manager looked at myemail, knew that they had plenty of what we ordered in stock, and had another worker pull my order. Once my order was ready theassistant manager checked to see if my order had been found in their system, it had not.
