Ordered on the app last night and selected to pick up my order in the store. I get there, park, go to walk in, but the door is... locked. No sign or anything. I checked the app and it said my food was ready. I called the store to see if someone could simplybring out my order from the pickup shelf that I could see just beyond the locked door. Surprise...no answer. It just ringsforever. I am forced to wait 45 minutes in the drivethru, get to the window and wait another 5 minutes before the guy tries tohave me pay for someone else's order. For the most part the service and the workers are solid, food is usually good, minimal mistakes but for the love of god the... dining room being locked constantly is a pain in the butt. If you?re someone like me who places orders on the app to avoid whatis usually a long drive through, it?s quite frustrating showing up and having to sit in the line anyway just to pick up the foodyou already ordered ahead, you just end up having to wait while it gets cold and soggy. At least have some sort of pick up forthe online orders, unlock a door but put a table in front of it or something. Read more

Placed an order delivered by Door Dash, no problem with Door Dash! I ordered 14 items, 10 were wrong! Ordered 4 soft tacos with... lettuce, all 4 had lettuce, they were for kids.
