The Starbucks is terrible. The drive-through is absolutely insane, always. Sometimes the door is locked with a sign on it saying... that it?s drive-through only which makes everything even more prolonged. I just had a mobile order and one of my drinks weremissing and the other two were made incorrect. I don?t know how difficult it is to follow an order that you see right in frontof you correctly. I am unsure of how to review as I had mixed feelings I placed an online order asking for two mango dragon fruit lemonade... refreshers I pickup my order and receive 2 lemonades and I was a little confused at first because I am like wait aren't Isupposed to get a warning at least, but anyway I let the cashier know and she's like we don't have mango so we just gave youlemonade it tastes the same, I am confused because I paid for mango dragon fruit what I paid for not just to buy lemonade. Likehonestly would you go to a coffee shop and if they don't have coffee they will just give you the creamer because they don't havecoffee. I was not understanding. Then the barista I think that's what he's called was nice and rude at the same time I even feltbad for letting him know of their error. I understand they are busy but you do pay for what you get and at least please give awarning. I was not rude I simply wanted what I paid for and remind you the drinks aren't cheap and for just lemonade with fruittrust me I'd rather go to wendy's their probably like 1 dollar or something. My only complaint here is when that occurs againdon't just give the person lemonade simply let them know communication is key. And don't get frustrated look at the biggerpicture. Stopped inside the cafe because the drive thru was crazy backed up. The girls inside were super friendly and quick, I was in and... out under 3 minutes. Read more

So annoying they take drive through orders only and you are supposed to wait 15 min in line to get coffee when you are in a rush... to get to work or any other place. Sometimes they do online orders only too. Can we just have the normal coffee storeexperience? Read more

Although my drinks were fine, my experience was not. I did reach out to customer service about this, and I will change my... review to a more positive one if this case is handled as seriously as it should be. I witnessed today, May 14, 2022 at 9:50a.m., the caucasian woman supervisor that walks with a limp react to a bipoc employee that was asking for assistance in helpinga customer, in a terrible manner. She talked poorly about her over the headset while glaring her down along with other generalintimidation tactics. All of this only slowed the team down, making me and others only have to wait longer and witness more ofthe same. IDK if this was just a terrible day, but based on what I saw, it is likely a pattern of behavior that should notexist on any level of management. I appreciate the employees who make my drinks, and I think they deserve fair treatment andgood wages. I hope this isn't too much to ask from a customer who regularly pays over 10$ for 2 drinks. Nice staff. Typical Starbucks. It does have a drive through, which can be handy. But sometimes things get a bit chaotic at the... window. Typically, if there is a problem, they work hard to make it right. They also have a lot of seating, which is nice. Read more

Quick in and out service and convenient access to and from Route 1. It was an easy stop on our trip out of state and helped make... the drive out of state a little easier. They sometimes put a little too much syrup in their beverages, so you may want to askfor less than you normally use. Read more
