Worst McDonalds experience of all time. I placed an order, the machine didn?t print out my receipt. Okay, no problem. I?ll ask... the staff for it. After waiting 10 minutes to ask for the receipt the staff didn?t understand what I was asking. There was alanguage barrier. So instead of trying to get help the girl working there just walked away. 5 minutes later another girl came byand I asked again? Eventually I left without my receipt despite it being a work-expense where I needed my receipt. I?d ratherjust pay for the meal myself than deal with the waste of time. Read more
We had to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes with our food sitting there ready while the guy working the window sat there and... talked to 2 girls last night and once we got our food everything was cold and disgusting and we ended up just throwing it out. Read more
It's a rainy Monday night. Not just any Monday night, the Monday night before back to school Tuesday.. I have some last minute... items to pick up, late night, at the Wal Mart right next door, after spending almost 3 hours trying to put my daughter to sleep.I walk into the deserted McDonald's, and by deserted I mean it looks like no one has sat there to eat in years. I kiosk order myfilet of fish meal and sit down to wait while I scroll through Google news. The girl finally arrives, what seems like 10 minuteslater, with my $10 meal and no drink. The same drink I could've got at the drive through window. Without so much as a "hello". Iopen my sandwich box only to find it overflowing with tarter sauce. When I go to ask about the sloppy job and for a differentsandwich, she procedes to throw away the sandwich before sticking her hand down the back of her pants to make me a new sandwich.I know more than one person who could do this job with a smile on their face... They are open 24 hours and have everything in stock always. Ice cream? Yup. Not broken. Spicy nuggets? Yes. They ain?t stingy w... the sauces and add more for free. I would come back. Read more
Lady at the window was super rude.... I asked her to give me a cup of water with my coffee order and she turned around and goes... in Spanish "Do you speak Spanish" so I said "I do not".... She understood everything i said, apparently me not speaking Spanishgot her upset, she responded clearly well in English and pretended she did not understand word "water" in English? After placing my order at the kiosk multiple times and it?s not processing payment because it reloaded three times. And told me... to see a cashier at the front counter I stood there for 10 minutes well-being ignored. Very Bad there if your getting Food in the morning they use this word A lot only receiving Cash no debit and when you get your... food its half cook or burnt, you ask for ice coffee with cream and sugar you would get either 1,for the past couple of weeks iorder from this location on my way to work they seem not to get anything right. Maybe they need more training because there isalways a problem at this location. here is 1 picture i upload of a hash brown that is burned and crunchy. So if you are buyingfrom this location makes sure you check your bag and taste it before you drive off because they really do not care about youthink of there service. they need more Training and better Customer Service.
