We had a great time for our anniversary. The service was great and so was the food.
Quite a nice meal with an accommodating waiter. We were visiting the area, and decided to stop in for dinner. They sat us right... away and our waiter was very helpful and attentive. I never was too thirsty, or in need of something I didn't already have. Myfiancée got the 10oz prime rib steak medium rare, and I got ribs with rice pilaf (as pictured). The food came with bread rollsand butter, as well as a salad for her and cup of clam chowder for me. The chowder was very fresh and perfect for a rainy NewEngland night in autumn. Then we had dessert (also pictured). I don't remember the name, but it was an apple cinnamon crisptreat with ice cream and whipped cream. A delightful complement to a delicious meal. We were driving through the area and stopped in on a whim. I had the prime rib and it was great. They had a cheese steak egg... roll which was so good we attempted to make it at home the next day. An extra star for creativity. Read more
I usually get the surf and turf with marinated steak tips and broiled scallops but this time I got the sirloin strip steak. I... would highly recommend both but the steak tips are absolutely my favorite. With the sirloin strip steak I got the Madeiramushroom sauce for an extra $1.99 and it was definitely well worth it. Every time I come I always get the spinach rice as a sideit is so delicious. I also love their Italian vinaigrette balsamic based house dressing on my side salad. My boyfriend got the12 oz prime rib and Not only was it huge but it was cooked perfectly it was so moist soft and melt in your mouth. Woulddefinitely recommend that and will probably get it myself sometime. Read more
