I had the WORST burger tonight from Wendy's on Bouquet Canyon and Santa Clarita! I love wendy?s food and usually go to this wendy?s. They usually have really bad customer service but the last time I went there... was this kid that looked 16 and he was the most friendly person. I took my time because I did not know the name of the meal andhe really helped me out. We need more people like that kid. I would say the name but I forgot. I believe it started with a ?C?.The food came out amazing in the end also. Wendy?s needs to hire trained professionals like that guy. I always enjoy Wendy's food. This particular time ,the drive through was super packed. I went inside and watched the one... customer in front of me order his food. The order was rung up incorrectly. He asked for it to be fixed and the cashier beratedhim and said that he needed to learn how to speak! I was wondering if it was a joke. It started to get heated as they went backand forth.To say the least the customer service at the Bouquet canyon store is less than poor. Even the manager told thecustomer to order correctly.
