I typically love Jersey Mikes but have been disappointed by this location time and time again. I use the app and just pick it... up, I arrive on time and it?s rarely ever ready. The meat always feels and tastes like it?s been sitting out, and when I ask formikes way they barely put any oil and vinegar. I love Jersey Mike?s, but every single time I go to this location the customer service is horrible. They have immature staff... who give the customers attitude. They were rude to my 85 year old father, my husband and tonight me and my daughter. And toboot they got our order wrong again. The staff were too busy talking to each other instead of listening to the sandwich orders. From now on, I will drive 15 to 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Stevenson Ranch location where they have great customerservice. Read more

Won't go back to this location. Very poor customer service. Ordered sandwich with no onions and no peppers, as they don't agree... with me. They slathered the sandwich in onions and peppers. I asked for a new sandwich and the young girl had the audacity totell me that I ordered the sandwich with extra onions and peppers. No apology for her error, just a very nasty, accusatoryattitude. I have ordered sandwiches without onions or peppers forever. As a matter of fact, I have never ordered a sandwich withonions or peppers. They took their time remaking the sandwich and I was late as a result of their incompetence. I understandmistakes happen, we are only human, but boy ooooh boy, that was not handled well at all.
