Mediocre grilled cheeses but nothing you can?t make at home. We waited about 45 minutes for three sandwiches as well did the few... other groups that were here. The three girls working were sitting on their phones talking and playing with their hair, whichthen one was found in one of our sandwiches. Our family loves The Grilled Shack and we?re happy to be back in Saugatuck. Five different sandwiches with five different... specifications and they nailed it. Delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and tater tots. The online ordering was a nice touch aswe were able to go to the park and shop while our lunch was prepared. They got the cook time perfect, too. A fun, casual restaurant for a quick bite. However, I have noticed that depending on who's cooking, the grilled cheese is either... fantastic or average. Eating it right away (rather than carrying it to another spot or driving it home) definitely helps keepthe bread from going soggy. I like the grilled mac and cheese with bacon!
