Nothing but a WOW for this place!!! First time coming here with my family today and the pizza is unmatched! I'm Italian and as... picky as they come when it comes to pizza. This pizza would make any Neapolitano proud. I initially bought one Build Your Ownpizza but after swallowing it whole in less than 5 minutes, my family begged me to run back inside to buy a second pizza that weate in what felt like 30 seconds. This place is a gem. The pizza was perfect, the crust was mouth watering, the ingredients wereall fresh and the price is great. Great pizza! Myself, the wife and our sons love wood oven pizza and this place does not disappoint. The taste of the sauce,... fresh toppings and texture of the dough is on point and very good. This establishment unfortunately is small and doesn't reallyaccommodate dine in but I would still recommend Fire + Dough Flame Fired Pizza any day of the week. Keep up the great serviceand thanks! I went to Fire and Dough last week. Had the sweet n Spicy Pizza. This was the best pizza I?ve ever had. Just loved the... combination of hot and sweet. Very unique pizza?s. Love the thin crust. The Pizza is cooked in a special Italian oven. Was funto watch. All the toppings were fresh. Just got back from Florence Italy and thought that was the best pizza I?ve ever had.Atmosphere was wonderful, staff were very, very friendly. I will definitely go back when in the area. Read more

Came to Sauble for the weekend for our anniversary, started here with lunch on Friday, best decision we made. Pizza was so good... we had to go back Saturday night for supper. My wife and I agreed, probably some of the best thin crust pizza we have ever had.Sweet & Spicy was amazing, Maple BBQ was a close second. Prices should be more because of quality. Bought pizza here in June 2022. Went with the build your own option. Good selection of toppings, the staff were friendly, and... the pizza was ready in about two minutes. It did taste good, but it could of used a few more seconds in the oven. The dough wasquite chewy. If the crust was crisper it would have made this a 5 star experience.
