no paper towels in the men's room, dirty
Got woken up to Pilot guy banging on the door. They said the spot I was in was prime parking, though there was no sign behind... the spot and any paint on the concrete there might have been has worn off to the point you have to be practically standing on itto see it. Said I could park in a free spot but none were left by then. Charged $17 which is higher than most places. Do notrecommend this place. If I had known, I would have taken my shower then parked elsewhere. Never coming to this location again. Read more
$16 shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. Got some Arby's for dinner and now chillaxin in bed watching TV with free... Internet. Nice friendly employees . Stop in and visit. Read more
Far the worst customer service. I've ever experienced in a pf. So much cussing and on the phone watching videos. You all need a... fresh new start with employees. The one's you have are not it. Read more
I stopped here on a road trip from South Carolina to Texas. (I figured the Texas license plate would give a hint to that). It... was 12:30am when I stopped to rest. I have slept in the car before at Pilots and Flying J locations (including this Pilot)before without any problems. This time, I got startled by some guy in a white truck yelling at me ?Ay yo, wake up? at around5:55am. The truck waited behind my car until I got up and got into the driver seat of my car, and then the white truck droveaway. This is both startling and creepy for a female driver traveling alone. I didn?t see any signs about prime parking forcars. When I looked at reservations, the only options offered for prime parking are semi, bobtail and RV. Where is there anoption for a car? Maybe you should post a sign stating management?s policies for sleeping in the car since there is no corporatepolicy on it (except for prime parking, I asked). All the signs say is the information for the towing company that monitors thelocation. Maybe you should communicate that you?re going to startle people awake if they?re still sleeping in their car by 6am. Read more
BAD PRODUCT QUALITY $70 box wasted in this garbage .. Bought it 2 days ago and it just stopped working.. I have the receipt... stored i digital but because i didn?t take the pic at the bar code at the button of the receipt.. They do not want to receiveit. Really nice place to go lot of showers and a lot of parking some parking lots are a little tight and some of the nights the... parking lot can get a little rough otherwise regular stands. This is a good place to go and do a long haul to rest just come inreally early to get a good spot but after 11 you ain't going to find nothing here. Read more
The restaurant inside has got really great hamburgers real meat double cheeseburgers are enough to fill you up for a day or two... they got a full buffet really nice people inside there as well I like stopping here for the hamburgers they're real beef notmystery meat they do have five showers six pumps for diesel overnight parking not the best parking in the world but hey it's aplace to park and grab a nap 10 hour break no slot machines very hospitality though.
