Reviews for Wok Box - Stonebridge in Saskatoon, SK
We ordered two meals with beef in it for supper, but throughout the night my partner was puking up the beef and the same thing... happened to me the next morning. It's very sad that this happened but I will definitely not be going back. Read more
Beware! They had a box of "frozen" spring rolls sitting on the counter. When they took spring rolls out of the box, it was... obvious they were completely thawed out. I asked to see the box, I checked the spring rolls and they were room temperature andsoggy. It says right on the box keep frozen!!! The guy argued with me said he did it that way for 10 years. So if anyone evergot sick from this location, now you know why.. I canceled my order but the a-holes still charged me 22.50 through uber eats fornothing. I'm reporting this to the health authority. The reason I post this review is that I am extreme disappointed and not the first time. Be aware. I ordered Tokyo... beef pouting and boneless chicken wings 10pc. $29 Portions was mor like kids menus and thst for a price og a gourmet meal. And I know I eat more but they showed me the portion sizeable I thought ok That's enough but the chicken pieces was smaller as a Loony not 10 pieces in the box and fries was 3/4 empty box. So the stonebridge store is the last place to go. Read more
First off, I want to say that I have always like the food at Wok Box. I have never had an issue with the quality of the food or... the staff when dinning in, especially at the Stone Bridge location on Clarence, in Saskatoon. It had been over a year since Iwas last there. This time I decided to get take out for my family and drove to the Clarence location. I order 3 medium sizeorders of Kung Pao Shrimp with Chow Mein noodles, Sweet Mongolian Beef with udon noodles, and the Naanwich Butter Chicken, whichall came to $118.08. I sat down at a table while my order was being made. I paid for my food and then left for home. The firsttwo noodle dishes were good, but the primary meat dish the Butter Chicken wrap, which I've enjoyed a couple times before, waslack luster. The only conclusion I could come to, was that the individual that served me and prepared my food, figured he couldpull a "bait and switch" to save money. The Naan sandwich was filled with rice and what little chicken there was, was placed atthe ends to give the impression of a substantial product. There apparently was even an attempt to save on the butter chickensauce, only covering the meat at the ends and leaving bits of chicken naked within. I spend over a hundred dollars of hardearned money on food comprised of mainly cheap ingredients, to be robbed of enjoying the actual meat filled dish. I am verydisappointed with my experience and the lack of ethical behavior displayed at the Clarence Wok Box location. I will not befrequenting this location anymore and will be sure to be attentive when my meals are being prepared in the future. Read more
I ordered what I usually order, a teriyaki bowl with chicken, no sprouts or vegetables and spring rolls. My box was half full. I... asked for them to fill it up and I was told thats all I get because the vegetables would have filled it up. I have never, ever received half a bowl at any other Wok Box. The food was tasty, but it is at every Wok Box, hence the 2 stars. I will not returnto this Wok Box even though it's convenient when shopping and close to where I live. Read more
Great service and food! The place was so nice and clean, it's too bad I wasn't eating in. The place has a very comfy vibe to it.
Decent place, definitely not the healthy Asian choice but it does taste good. Very expensive for this style of food.
Was given wrong size of order and given 4 small shrimp total in one meal despite it costing $2 more then beef or chicken? Also... some food smelled spoiled and wasn't good. Wouldn't go to this location again any time soon. Read more
