We had a unpleasant experience with ordering Wok Box for delivery that turned out very well in the end. The courier who... delivered our supper from Wok Box when questioned regarding the hour wait time for our food became angry. Still holding thefood. Shouting he is done, amongst angrily rambling, stomping away, and proceeding to remain parked @ house for a length oftime. Scary. We contacted. the staff @ Wok Box who called the courier, & handled the situation with grace. Even got the driverto leave.They promised free meals. Next time we come in. 2 weeks later I went in & as promised both. meals were free with aapology. We never intially paid for our order. Very good customer service. Read more

Food is good, staff are friendly and welcoming! The store, however, needs a good clean especially the glass panels near the... cooking area and the store windows it looks as if it was wiped with a dirty cloth there are grease/streak marks all throughout.Store needs more attention to cleanliness and tidyness otherwise everything else is good! My boyfriend and I went here and got ourselves the Date Night deal that they have for Saturday night. 2 regular boxes, 2 spring... rolls each with drinks for $25 +taxes. The place is clean and the staff was patient with us. Price point to me is a littlehigher, but it is good quality food so that justifies it for me. Read more
