The service was pretty good; quick and friendly. Unfortunately, our original pretzels were only slightly warm; and quite hard... and chewy. It was nice, crispy and buttery on the outside, but the inside wasn?t great. It was too dense for my liking, and ittook a lot of time and effort to chew it all up.
