The slowest Tims, I was today at 13.40 no one came up to take the order. I do not recommend to anyone.
Order egg and cheese and i am seeing plastic bag in my food. Very very much disappointment?
Ordered a large passionfruit tea lemonade and tap for water quit so she literally went into back batgroom and got water from... there then came back upfront and added the ice to the drink and said sorry and gave it to me, sorry to say but NO WAY WILL IDRINK IT, it got tossed into garbage outside, i believe i will not return to this Tims and as far as im concerned they owe me mymoney back. Sad to give this place a 1 star but it really has done a bad job. I live near by and I?ve come multiple times now. I have gotten... burnt food, wrong orders, debit and credit machine down, no offering of a basic drink, employees don?t know what?s going on,just all around bad service. Please train your employees properly, it?s obvious they don?t know what they?re doing. It feelslike this place is not managed at all and things have been just thrown together. Sad :( Read more
They need to hire better staff. Bought a coffee and doughnut, had to remind her for the doughnut after she clearly forgot. Not... the biggest deal, just don't like attitude that came with it. Another customer complained while I was there about somethingsimilar, and from the reviews, obviously there's an issue. But hey, the coffee was hot! Read more
