This is the WORST Tim Hortons my whole family has ever experienced. We live right across the street, and every single time we go... there we are extremely disappointed. Today I asked for a coffee with 2 cream and 1 sugar and another coffee with 2 cream. Theidiots that work there put 4 cream and sugar in the first coffee and no cream and lots of sugar in the second. I am trulyappalled at how anyone could mess up this bad every time. They also have an absolutely insane wait time. I once waited in linefor 15 minutes only being 2nd in line. Do not go here, you will be very disappointed. I have no hope or respect for this TimHortons. Read more

Don?t waste your money, or time here! If I could give this zero stars I would. I come once a week for a drink and meal, and... that?s not very often. So about 90% of the time my drink is wrong. And 99% of the time the food is wrong - like yesterday! Idon?t know if the manager is aware but these employees just do not care. They don?t change the coffee when needed then proceedto send stale, watered down coffee out the window to customers! When you pay extra money to load up your coffee with espressos,and cream etc you should expect to get what you pay for. I?ve had wraps not even folded properly get thrown to me out the windowbut first they get your money of course. Everyone should put their car in park and try your coffee and openyour food before Youdrive away or pay. I?d fire this whole staff and retrain them. I?ve paid extra for maple sauce and the food come with it noteven on. So what?s the point? I?ve started getting my food and coffee at A&W and it?s much better service and they have yet tonot give me what I pay for. I?ve wasted so much money at this tims and no longer will support this incompetent, and uncaringestablishment. Happy another restaurant is close by. Read more

I went to this tim hortons around 4:30pm on 11th november and ordered cilantro crispy bowl with habenero sauce. Firstly u can... see this is the portion u get for $10. I have also worked at tims so i know its 3 scoops of quinoa rice and cilantro comes withcrispy onions not jalapeños. The girl who served me was very rude and moreover I ordered steep tea which was cold. Like reallyis this the bowl we get for $10 and on the top they get mad when we complain on phone. The actual slowest Tim Hortons I?ve ever known. If you have 2 cars in front of you it still routinely takes about 10-15 minutes... to get through. If you get anything more than a coffee they will make some kind of mistake guaranteed. Convenient location butthe wait is not. Wrote this review while waiting behind one car ???? Read more

Not there when you come to the window. Many times I?ve come after 8pm or at 5:30am before work and there is clearly someone... inside as it is open but no one answers and they ignore you at the drive through, even though you honk. Can?t order Potatowedges here cause they never give the dip to us. Overall terrible service, would rather deviate out of Brighton and go toEric?s Tim Hortons on 8th always great service there. I just ordered the cilantro lime bowl and received the habanero bowl. I hate spicy food so that was a waste, and this is not the... first time my order has been wrong. This happens quite consistently with this location. It seems like the management needs to bebetter because the employees are always understaffed and doing a lot. Read more

Customer service was good, no complaints there. However, the wait time was not great compared to other Tim's. On top of that the... selection of food was low too. The interior of this restaurant is great. Nice comfy chairs and a good place to study or visitwith a friend. If the wait time and food options were to be improved, this would be a great Tim's location! Read more

Second time this location forgot an item in my delivery order. There is no help service nor can I ever reach the restaurant via... phone call. It's upsetting because 1) I'm losing out on money each time this happens and 2) someone doesn't get part of theirmeal. Edit: Darn me for coming back to this location thinking solely for convenience. I deserved to experience poor serviceonce again. Ordered cheese croissants. Asked for them to be grilled. If anyone has not experienced a properly grilled cheesecroissants, they must request it at Tim Hortons. It tastes amazing without the burned cheese you get from toasting thecroissant. Any ways, other locations have always grilled the croissant as per my request and serve it in the little sandwichpouches. The person at the grill at Gibson bend this AM was not happy with my request. And when she passed me the croissants,they were just all thrown in a bigger bag carelessly. Picture attached of the remaining croissant. Wish I thought of takingpicture sooner so the world can see how sad the floppy croissants were and how unhappy I made this employee. My bad! Read more
