This location was exceptionally hip with their Krazy Kidz Bop tunes! Just when I thought I was about to hear something other... than Kidz Bop, another Kidz Bop song would serenade my ears. The soup and chili was greatly complimented by the Kidz Bop song,"Oh! The Misery." I've never had a more pleasant experience at Tim's. Sweet, sweet misery indeed. Read more

Absolutely a bad experience. Extremely slow and unfortunately they could not seem to understand what we wanted to order. Over 20... min to order 6 doughnuts and 2 medium coffee. Won't be going back to that location anytime soon. Read more

They changed the egg. It's awful now. Its gross, tastes bad, smells bad, and has an awful mouthfeel. I also asked if they could... remove the yolks but was shot down. If they're fresh eggs why can't you remove the yolk??? Read more

The advertised price on the menu screen for a medium vanilla cold brew is 2.49. They charged me 3.79 after tax. They told me... that 2.49 price was for a plain black small cold brew only. Apparently Tim Horton?s is unapologetically comfortable charging youand extra 50%. I don?t expect much from the worst fast food chain in Canada, but this surprised me. Read more

I ordered everything bagel with creame cheese from them through skip today morning. My order number was 436972683 and they gave... expired cheese I believe and my body couldn?t handle it. I end up throwing up 5 times. Please make sure you are surviving freshcheese because it can really screw up people like me. Read more

I have never written a review for restaurants. I thought this should be shared because I found it really unprofessional. I order... the same thing every-time I go to Tim?s; a sausage grilled wrap, hash brown and orange juice. I just moved in the area and everytime I gone they gave me a sausage harvest wrap. I just shake off and eat it anyways even tho it?s not what I ordered becauseI?m not one to complain. This morning the lady in the window repeats my order and I tell her ? you know they never ever have gotmy order right and I have never come back to say anything but I think they misunderstand a sausage grilled wrap and a harvestwrap for some reason. The lady tells the lady who took my order on the intercom and comes over and tells me I order a plantbased harvest wrap and argues what I told her I asked for. The lady in the window seemed embarrassed and was very polite. Sothank you for that. I appreciate her efforts. Also the time before I corrected the lady at the window I didn?t want a harvestwrap and she pretended the redid it and gave it to me anyways. I think there needs to be better communication and the ladytaking orders this morning needs to learn what customer service is.The lady in the window sorry you have to deal with jerkssometimes but you know what your doing keep it up! Also it sucks when your pregnant and they always mess up your order. The hashbrown in the wrap makes it extremely heavy. Read more

Ordered through skip. My hash brown was rock hard and old. I literally think it was old and reheated. They sent my iced capp... just over half full. It appears that they either rush the orders or just dont care.When I called to let the restaurant know themanager tried to blame the driver for this which clearly was not his fault. Manager is unprofessional and argues insted ofcorrecting mistakes. Will never order from here again. Read more

Ordered Cravable with extra sauce, and the order on the screen looked good, but when I got my sandwich it had extra buffalo... sauce, not Cravable sauce. When i went in to tell them, the worker started arguing with me and then took my sandwich from me andbrought it into their kitchen. (Which is not allowed for sanitary reasons.) I got a new sandwich but wont be going here again. Read more
